WHAT'S HAPPENING AT BBRC....

Senior Tennis Interclub Teams 2010/2011 season - please click here for version 5 (31st August).  For the tennis schedule please click here.  Please ignore the 2009/2010 as this is a mistake with TNH. 

Interclub fees for seniors are $50 (doubles) and $55 (singles).  All fees must be paid by Friday 10th September otherwise a late fee of 15% will apply - thanks.

Junior interclub fees are $50 and will be required once teams have been finalised.

Squash Spring Interclub

If you are interested in playing in this, please put your name on the noticeboard asap.  Entries will close Thursday 9th September.  Entry fee is $20 per person. Competition starts 27th of September.

Junior Squash One Day Tournament

This is taking place Sunday 26th September so click here to enter.  Entry fee is $15 and it is open to all E grade and below graded juniors.  Cash prizes, 3 games guaranteed and free energy drink and health bar on arrival.  Entries close Monday 20th September.  Please include your name, phone number and player code.

Club Auction - October 16th

Please click here for prizes currently donated.  We still need more though so if you can help, please contact Fleur on 4786469 or email fleur@bbrc.org.nz - thanks.  Remember:  95% of all funds raised will go towards improving your club.  The other 5% will be donated to the Child Cancer Foundation.

Fishing Competition

The annual club fishing competition will be held Saturday 30th October so put the date in your diary now.  This is a great event so watch this space for further info.

Tennis School Holiday Programme

This will be taking place with our Resident Tennis Coach, Gavin Hill, on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of both weeks.  If you are interested in further details or registering, please click the attached.

Bar Buddies urgently required

We need Bar Buddies urgently.  If you would like $100 off your next sub (in a years time) then all you need to do is donate your time as a voluntary bar person for approximate 3 hours per month.  It's easy, you will get training and it really will help out your club.

This has now started again for term 3 so we look forward to seeing you then!

5:00-5:40pm - Beginners
5:40-6:20pm - Intermediate
6:20-7:00pm – Advanced

Meals back on at the Club

Our previous caterer, Lisa, is back cooking fantastic meals on Thursday and Friday evenings.  The kitchen will be open 6-9pm on Thursday and 5-8pm on Fridays so please come along and show your support.
