Club AuctionATTENTION..... STOP PRESS......BBRC Fundraising Auction - Saturday 16th October 2010Tired of the roof continually leaking?? Sick of old broken outdoor furniture and a BBQ only good for cockroaches?? Had enough of hotplates not working and worn tennis courts?? Well so are we! We can only get grants to make so many things happen – the rest we have to get behind and raise money for ourselves. So, for this reason we’re going to have a fundraising Auction on Saturday 16th October to upgrade the club for all our members. An action packed evening where you can fill a table of 10 with your friends, work colleagues, sports teams – just bring your wallets and a sense of humour! For this to be a success we need items for Auction. Anything you or your business can donate will be greatly appreciated e.g. Accm packages, fishing trips, professional services, leisure equipment… These are all tax deductible and we offer great advertising and exposure benefits in return. Remember: The sooner you donate the more advertising exposure you will receive. (Remember – this is NOT a garage sale so we’re looking for new items only!!) We need your support in order to make this happen – let’s all work together to make this the best fundraiser we’ve ever hosted and give everyone a fantastic night of fun and entertainment in the process! 5% of the profits will be donated to Child Cancer Foundation, a charity we already have strong links with. We are a community based club and believe in giving back where we can. Watch this space and our website as we keep you up to date with progress.
