Wesley Whitehouse holds a Level 1 qualification from the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA). This makes him one of the most qualified coaches in New Zealand. See below for highlights of his impressive CV.
Junior Program
Our Junior programme starts children off playing within the Tennis NZ Hot Shots system which is now a worldwide and hugely popular method for coaching juniors. The Wesley Whitehouse Junior Coaching programme has the most comprehensive coaching structure in Auckland.
No matter what ability your child is, we can cater for and improve everyone to the best level that they can be. We do this by having a great tennis coaching structure that allows our players to fit into the correct group based on ability, whilst it also maintains the flexibility to move players through the various levels as and when they begin to progress.
Our coaching team at Wesley Whitehouse Tennis believe that every child develops physically and mentally at different rates, so we want to provide those players with the right structure and environment that allows them to do that.

Junior Coaching Course description and program for Term 4
- $20 per weekly session,
- 1 Hour of coaching (previously 45min)
- Maximum group sizes of 12 children
- Great Coach to player ratio
- 9 Week term, $180 per term
- For members only if you register and pay before the 30th of September 2017 you will get 10% discount on your coaching fee

RED Introductions to tennis, learn hand to eye skills with a focus on fun and enjoyment.
ORANGE Learn to master the techniques for groundstrokes, as well as an introduction to serving & volleys. Also, include focusing on the game system and understanding the points.
GREEN Further structured development with a focus on technical, tactical & point play, with emphasis on developing consistency & accuracy of all strokes
Private Coaching for term 4
All Wesley Whitehouse Tennis coaches are available for private lessons in either one-to-one or one-to-many scenario. Pricing depends on the level of coach and experience. All of Wesley Whitehouse Tennis Coaches have been personally selected & trained by Wes and have completed Hot Shots & Community Coaching Certificates or Assistant Junior Coach Qualification.

Produced 4 National Champions
In 1997 Wesley made the number 1 rank for Junior in the world, due to his triumph in winning the Junior Wimbledon, the Japan Open, Thailand Open and Surbiton Open. He also managed to be the runner up in the Australian and US Open.
Throughout 2001 to 2006 Wesley made a number of Tennis achievements like ranking at 128 in doubles, making it to the top 16 in Wimbledon doubles and other accomplishments in the Singles and the RCA championships.
